For Any time Drop-off Customers:

• The drop-off points are behind the Montview Plaza at 9435 Montview Blvd, Aurora, CO 80010, and in front of the Cherry Creek Parks and Rec Center at 11350 E. Orchard Ave, Englewood, CO 80111.  All drop off sites can be found on our Locations page, and you can find PDFs with detailed directions to each drop off. The PDFs will also give you the lock combination for that particular bin. You need this code to unlock the bin, so make sure you get it!
• Please do not bring landscaping waste.  When it's overflowing, the bins can't get picked up.
• Watch for an email soon with detailed instructions.
• You can come pick up your shiny new bucket from our office whenever you're ready! Just send us an email at team@womposcoop.com to schedule a time. If our office is a little far for you, ask us about bucket host locations near you!
• Tip - if you want to be sure to avoid spills on your way to the drop off, freeze your compost!

For Home Collection Customers:

•  We use upcycled buckets!  We will sanitize it before delivery, and we suggest you sanitize before taking it inside each week to avoid the spread of COVID-19, or anything else.
• We love it when you tie your bag before setting it out.  You can put out up to 1 full bag of landscaping waste out every week.
• Your pickup day will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.  We'll drop off your bucket on the next delivery day.  Feel free to set out compostable waste on your curb in a paper bag or compostable bag if you want to get ready right now!

For Everyone:

• You can compost much more in your Wompost bin than in your back yard, including paper towels, leftovers, pet hair, and bones.  You can check out a graphic view of the materials here, and on our website.

• We also get compost back to you!  You earn a bucket full for every month you're a member.  You can also opt out and we will donate it to a great community garden.  Delivery is included in bulk orders for those within our service area, and the rebate gallons can be either picked up for free or delivered for $2 per 5 gallons. You can find these options in our online store.
• If you would like to order additional bulk compost delivery or yard waste hauling, you get half off as a Wompost customer.  Please use the offer code WompostLove at checkout for those items on our website.
• Make sure you receive emails from carolyn@wompostcoop.com, and that they don't get filtered into spam.  We only send out critical information!

• We are looking for as much feedback as possible, especially from our first customers.  If it is alright with you, I may change bags and bins and ask about your user experience.
